Non-Aspergillus invasive mold infections (NAIMIs) are rare but often life-threatening complications for stem cell transplant recipients. A new ASTCT clinical practice guideline outlines best practices for diagnosing and managing these infections in both adult and pediatric populations, including those undergoing CAR T-cell therapy.
