ASTCT is the only professional society that serves the entire field of transplantation and cellular therapy – from basic science research, to translation, to direct patient care. Our community of more than 3,900 members spans the full spectrum of the hematopoietic cell transplantation, cellular therapy and gene therapy field, and is inclusive of physicians, investigators, advanced practice professionals, pharmacists, transplant nurses and administrative staff.

Who

WHO

Individuals in training in a BMT or hematology/oncology program or one of the following: MD, PhD, NP, PA, PharmD, RN. Please note that you must submit a letter from your program director showing you are in good standing, along with your program start and end date to be eligible for this membership. Please submit your letter here to become an In-Training member.

Emeritus Membership

PRICING: $0 Annual Fee

To create a membership designation in order to retain retired/retiring members of ASTCT who will maintain their interest and involvement in ASTCT and the field of transplant and cellular therapy.

WHO

ASTCT Members are eligible to apply for Emeritus membership if they meet all of the requirements below:

Have a doctoral degree or PhD (or equivalent of either)
Are 70 years or older
Have been a member of ASTCT in good standing for at least 10 years
Have demonstrated involvement in the field of transplant and cellular therapy as evidence by contributions to the field, original contributions, volunteer positions with ASTCT and related transplant and cell therapy organizations

Individuals who are 70 years of age but have been ASTCT members for less than 10 years will become eligible for Emeritus status in the calendar year following the year in which they have reached 10 years of membership.

An individual's years as an Associate member count towards the years-of-membership requirement, however, membership categories which pay no dues (in-training members) and affiliate membership years do not count toward this requirement.
