This third webinar of 2024 presented by the Palliative Care SIG will focus on lessons learned in the field and important research questions that must be answered in the future to further advance the science of palliative and supportive care to meet the needs of patients throughout the continuum of the illness.

Chronic GvHD remains a primary driver of transplant-related morbidity and mortality, particularly due to infection. Preventative strategies including antimicrobial therapy and vaccination are critical to enhance protection against life-threatening infection in patients experiencing chronic GvHD following allogeneic hematopoietic cell transplantation (HCT).
