ASTCT membership runs on a calendar year of January 1–December 31. Renewals will open in early October for the upcoming year.  Lapsed members can continue to renew through the spring at our standard membership rates.

Yes, ASTCT offers an Extended Membership rate starting in June that allows lapsed or new members to lock in an 18-month membership. This will allow members to catch up to align with our annual renewal timeline.

Extended memberships last through December 31 of the following year (e.g., renew in July 2026 → valid through December 31, 2027).

Renewals begin in October and reminders to lapsed members will be sent through December 31.  

ASTCT offers membership auto-renewals, so you can ensure your membership never lapses. You can opt into auto-renewals by selecting the checkbox when you renew your membership. 

We accept payment by credit card and checks. We do not accept credit card payment by phone. Payment instructions are outlined on the invoice provided to you.

You are required to submit a letter of verification from your program director confirming your program's start date, end date, and statement that you are in good standing. Please submit the letter here. Upon approval from the ASTCT team, you will be granted an In-Training Membership for the duration of your program.
