About the Meeting

ASTCT, in collaboration with the Colorado Blood Cancer Institute (CBCI), is pleased to announce the inaugural Meeting on Transplant and Cellular Therapy for Immunological Disorders, taking place October 1-2, 2026, at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in Aurora, Colorado.

This new meeting will convene leading clinicians, investigators, and innovators in transplant, cellular therapy, rheumatology, and neurology to examine the rapidly evolving role of transplantation and cellular therapies in the management of immunological disorders.

The meeting will explore how immune-reset therapies are reshaping care for autoimmune disease, with insights into clinical decision-making, durability of response, and long-term patient management. Join us to connect with experts in transplant, cellular therapy, neurology, and rheumatology in a distinctive forum designed to spark cross-disciplinary collaboration and fresh perspectives.
