Post Conference Evaluation
To obtain continuing education for your participation at the live virtual conference, please complete the online evaluation for the courses you attended. Once you have completed the evaluation, you will automatically be able to download your certificate from Creighton University, ASTCT's ACCME and ANCC provider. All responses are anonymous and are designed only to aid in future planning. The online evaluation must be completed no later than Monday, January 18, 2021.
Access to the on-demand session recordings will be available on Monday, November 23, 2020. Find Schedule in the top navigation bar and select Agenda from the dropdown. Click on the particular session to view its recording. Evaluation links for on-demand sessions can be found in the session details.
