ASTCT Institutional Membership for Affiliate Members
The Institutional Affiliate Membership will provide Affiliate Members (non-MD and non-PhD) within an institution to purchase affiliate membership as a group, offering a single invoice for multiple affiliate members. Institutional Affiliate Membership can be purchased for Affiliate Members in groups of 5 or more individuals. Pricing is set at $140 per person. Institutional members enjoy the same benefits as individual ASTCT affiliate members, including:

- Participation in SIGs and Committees
- Digital subscription to Transplantation and Cellular Therapy
- Policy and reimbursement updates
- Discounted registration to the Tandem Meetings | Transplantation & Cellular Therapy Meetings of ASTCT® and CIBMTR® and other ASTCT meetings.
This membership enables institutions to bring more of the employees in their cell therapy programs to participate in ASTCT as affiliate members.
APPLICATION PROCESS
If your institution is interested in the Institutional Affiliate Membership option, please follow these steps:
- Primary contact of Institutional Affiliate Membership will need to create an ASTCT profile if the individual does not already have an account.
- Download this application form.
- Email your completed form to info@astct.org.
- You will receive a confirmation when the institution's profile has been made.
- Download the Institutional Affiliate Membership - Admin Guide to manage your institution's membership. You will be able to add members, make necessary edits, and pay membership/renewals.
