Building on the original 2019 framework for cytokine release syndrome (CRS) and immune effector cell-associated neurotoxicity syndrome (ICANS), the initiative reviewed emerging toxicities such as IEC-associated hemophagocytic lymphohistiocytosis-like syndrome (IEC-HS), hematotoxicity, non-ICANS neurological complications, enterocolitis, tumor inflammation-associated neurotoxicity, and on-target, off-tumor effects. The updated consensus criteria aims to standardize toxicity assessment across clinical trials and real-world practice, enabling more consistent reporting, comparison of treatment outcomes, and improved patient management.

Through expert-led sessions and collaborative discussions, attendees will examine immune-reset therapies in autoimmune disease through the lenses of clinical decision-making, durability, and long-term responsibility, while fostering cross-disciplinary dialogue among neurology, rheumatology, transplant and cellular therapy stakeholders.

TP53 mutated MDS and AML represent some of the most difficult diseases to treat, with poor prognosis. This webinar uses a case based approach to debate the best transplant approach (including no transplant) for older patients with TP53 mutated disease in different scenarios. 

The Clinical Education Conference (CEC) provides a deeper understanding of the diagnostic evaluations and therapeutic treatments for acute and chronic complications of hematopoietic cell transplantation and cellular therapies. During this two-day event, participate in breakout sessions that will dig deeper into case studies and treatments of either the adult or pediatric patient populations. In addition, the CEC offers a track specially designed for beginners (defined as at about one year into their careers in the field).
